Client Readiness Lab
A small working group for physical therapists
A short, applied implementation container focused on the missing decision layer that often leads to stalled care, drop-off, and progression uncertainty — even when programs are solid.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for physical therapists who work face-to-face with patients and are noticing one or more of the following:
- Progress stalls despite reasonable programming
- Patients disengage quietly or don’t complete plans of care
- Flares or setbacks happen that don’t quite make sense
- Progression decisions feel more like guessing than evaluating
This is not about motivation, exercise variety, or compliance tactics.
WHAT THIS IS
The Client Readiness Lab is not a course, certification, or philosophy.
It’s a small, paid working group where we look at how readiness actually shows up in-session — and how to make clearer progression decisions before things stall or blow up.
The focus is practical application, not theory.
WHAT WE’LL WORK ON TOGETHER
Inside the Lab, we’ll:
- Examine real clinical scenarios where progression mismatches occur
- Identify readiness signals that are commonly missed
- Practice evaluating the person, not just the exercise
- Clarify decision points that reduce silent drop-off and flare cycles
This is about improving judgment and confidence — not adding more protocols.

WHAT THIS IS NOT
To be clear, this Lab is not:
- A nervous system certification
- A treatment method or protocol
- Medical advice or supervision
- A passive, watch-and-consume experience
It’s an applied professional working container.
